How to see Doctors 

We have online appointment system. You can book your preferred appointment time with your preferred doctor online 24/7. Walk-in is also available too.

We understand that not all appointments can be planned or booked. That’s why we offer walk-ins too. We do encourage to book appointment whenever possible to prevent a long queue of walk-in patients and reduce your waiting time and prevent doctors running behind.

 

Confidentiality

All patients’ consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential. Signed consent forms are essential before any patient’s health information will be transferred. All electronic information is encrypted.

  

Disable Access to Medical Centre

Wheelchair and disable persons’ access are available.

 

Disable Toilet Access and Baby change room

Are available beside pharmacy.

 

Telephoning your Doctor

We believe almost all problems are best deal within consultation. However, you can contact the doctors at the centre during surgery opening hours. The Receptionist will take your message if the Doctor is in consultation. In the emergency, your call will be put through. Please keep your call brief.

 

Sterilization of Equipment

All equipment used in the surgery are either disposable or sterilised in an autoclave (as used in hospitals).

Complaints

We believe any problems are best dealt within the Practice. If you have any concerns, please report to our receptionists or speak directly to your doctor or email to our manager on cmmcmedicalcentre@gmail.com. If you prefer, you can contact the Health Care Complaints Commission on 1800 043 159.
