Afterhours Service

13CURE-Home Visiting GP Service
  • Claremont Meadows Medical Centre contracts with the medical deputising service team, called 13CURE 132873, for all after-hours medical care.
  • When we close (Mon – Fri: From 6.00pm to 8am | Saturday and Sunday: 2pm-8am), you can simply contact 13CURE (13 28 73) for any medical needs.
  • 13CURE will provide bulk-billing service for patients with valid Medicare card. After-hour doctor will do home visit as needed and their doctor will then send the letter to your doctor of our clinic so we can continue your care.
